Some really great, new updates are coming to eStratEx this weekend. You can find the full release notes below, but first, here are a few highlights of our new features! Check them out:
eStratEx Help Center
We're excited to announce that beginning this coming Tuesday, September 6th, a Help Center will be available to all eStratEx users! Whether you're having trouble figuring out how to update your direct deposit preferences or request Time Away From Work, you'll be able to find answers to our most frequently asked questions. You'll also be able to find a history of our release notes and any accompanying user guides for new features.
To get to the Help Center, click on the "Help" button in the top menu bar in eStratEx on the left side of the page. You'll find links to suggested help articles depending on which page you're on, but you can always click on the question mark button to be taken to the help center landing page, where you can search for what you need on your own. For now, help content is available for the Dashboard and Myself sections. As more help content is available, we'll let you know. In the meantime, we welcome your feedback and would love to hear what topics you would like to see a help article on! Email any and all suggestions to email@example.com!
Benefit Enrollment Improvements
Enrolling in benefits is like grocery shopping. You have endless options and prices to wade through, it's impossible to know how much you're spending as you go, and if you forget something, you have to retrace your steps to find what you're looking for. While we can't make the grocery shopping experience more efficient, we can improve the benefit enrollment experience.Introducing the new benefit enrollment navigation sidebar. This handy tool will allow employees to see a running total of their elected benefits, as well as give them the ability to jump to an enrollment section quickly if they forgot to do something.
Punch Page Improvements
For a page that greets many employees at the start of their day and sends them home at the end, we recognize that the current employee timekeeping experience could be more user-friendly and beautiful. We're happy to announce new and improved punch pages designed to improve the employee timekeeping experience. Please see the full release notes for all of the exciting details.
