If you have been assigned a Performance Review to complete, you will receive a notification on your Dashboard and may also receive an email. To complete the review for yourself or for an employee, follow the steps below.
Once you have logged into eStratex you can locate the To Do in the Inbox section of your Dashboard. To open the To Do you can simply click the name.
Once opened, all of the information you need to complete the review is available directly in the To Do. The information at the top will detail who the Review is for – if it is for someone other than yourself – as well as any instructions or due dates that have been provided. You may also find links to other areas of the system such as pay history, performance records and past reviews. If available, these have been provided to help better inform your review process.
Once all the available information has been reviewed, you can answer each of the questions in the review, in whatever format has been provided. Some questions may be multiple choice, while others may be write-in.
After completing all review questions you can either choose to “Save for Later” or to “Submit” the review. By Saving for Later you will save all of your responses and be able to come back to them to make changes before submitting by going back through the To Do. Once you Submit the review, no additional changes can be made.
Once all responses have been submitted, the Review is complete and will be saved to the employee's profile.
