If your company uses eStratEx to manage benefits enrollment, you can easily update your 401k contribution (according to the rules set in place by your company and 401k provider) in the Benefits Module-- here's how:
Go to Myself>Benefits>Open Enrollment. Find 401k in the list of benefits and check the Open Enrollment Dates-- if the current date falls within that range, you may update your contribution.
Click Enroll in Benefits
Once you are on the Benefit Enrollment page, you will have to Initial each benefit to indicate you are Opting In or Opting Out.
For 401k, you can select either a dollar amount or a percentage.
Once you enter your election and select the amount or percentage, you will have to Initial.
Scroll to the bottom and click "Complete Enrollment"
*Note: If you are not using the Benefits Module, please reach out to your HR Manager to have your 401k Contribution Updated.
