Here's how to update your current dependents and or beneficiaries within the system:
Once logged in, select the "Myself" tab and select the drop down arrow from the "Benefits" tab to choose "Benefits" from the list. Once on the Benefits page, navigate to the Dependents and Beneficiaries tab.
To add a new Dependent or Beneficiary:
You may add a new dependent or beneficiary using the Add buttons next to each section.
When adding a new dependent/beneficiary, simply fill out all fields as indicated and Save.
To update an existing Dependent or Beneficiary:
If you already have one of these types added but need to update their information, you may edit via the edit button found under the actions column on the far right.
Update any fields as needed and click Save.
To change your beneficiaries outside of Open Enrollment:
Navigate to your Benefits page (under Myself>Benefits>Benefits) and click on the "Update Elections" start button.
From the "Select Event" drop down, choose "Update Beneficiaries," then add the date and select the benefits for which you would like to modify the beneficiary. Click on the "Start" button at the bottom of the page.
Update the beneficiary only, add your initials to the benefits you're editing, and then press "Complete Enrollment" at the bottom of the page to save.
