The eStratEx Time & Labor module offers a seamless way to track employee's time at work while providing an overview of all employee Timesheets and daily punches.
Use the Timekeeping Dashboard in the Manager section to see a daily overview of your employees punches in and out. The team timesheet page can also be used to add, edit, approve, or re-open specific employee's timesheets.
To add a timesheet:
Click the add button on the upper right hand corner of the employee's Timesheet page.
Select the date you are adding a timesheet for and click "Add"
To add timesheet entries:
On the Timesheet Edit page (accessed by clicking on a timesheet on the main Timesheet page), click the "Add" button button above the table.
Select the day and time that the entry is for, and make any other necessary changes.
To edit or delete timesheet entries:
Click on the day you would like to edit in the date column.
You may update levels, the earning code, In/Out time, breaks, and notes. Make any changes you need and click "Save."
To delete an entry, click the delete button in the action column.
To approve timesheets or timesheet entries:
You can approve individual timesheet entries from the Timesheets Edit page of an employee. Simply click the green Approve button in the action column.
To approve entire timesheets, click on the "Approve" button next to "Add" on the Timesheets Edit page or the "Approve" button next to the appropriate timesheet on the employee's main Timesheets page.
