As an HR+ User, you have the ability to view any User's Security Role, the pages they have access to, and the pages they have recently visited.
Once you are on the employee's Personal Profile, in the dropdown select "Security Access"-- this will take you to the Main Security Settings page where there are three headers: Users, Pages, and Audit
- The first page is the Users tab. This will display the employee's security role in the system.
- The second page is the Pages tab. This will display the pages the employee has access to, including the URL and the Right, which is the ability to View, Edit, and/or Approve.
- The third page is the Audit tab. This will display the page visited and the Action taken on the page, the IP Address the employee logged in on, and the time stamp for when the action was taken. Lastly, you can Download the Audit History and export to excel.
